What do I receive?

Order the format shown on the product page: a single deck, a coordinated set, or your selected custom configuration. Wall mounts are sold separately. Deck orders do not include a complete skateboard setup.

How long will my order take?

Production takes about 1 week, followed by 2–3 days for shipping. These are estimates; timing can vary with your location, order volume, holidays, and carrier delays. See our shipping policy.

Are wall mounts included?

No. Our high-quality Sk8ology wall mounts are available separately in one-mount and three-mount options. Add the mounting option you need before checkout.

Can I use my own image?

Yes. Start with our custom board designer. If you need help with an image or layout, chat with us or email contact@mxwelstudios.com. Custom design help is included at no extra cost.

Can I return my order?

Eligible unused, non-custom items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our refund policy. Custom orders are not returnable unless defective. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos.

How do I check my order or get help?
